Change to Submission Guidelines. Volume and Frequency section added. No more than three poems per month. If accepted, no further work will be read until after date of publication. Submissions that do not follow the new guidelines will receive a form letter response. I'm sorry to have to do this, but it's been all work, and no play for a very long time. Thank you for your understanding and your patience.

Change to acquired rights on the Guidelines page. No don't worry. It is actually a less restrictive right, and doesn't have any effect on poetry that has appeared here in the past. I realized that in allowing previously published poems, I am not asking for "First" rights, rather, one-time rights.

December 31, 2000

Happy New Year and a big thank you to all the contributors and readers of this zine. =)

October 31, 2000

This is my favorite night of the year. =)
And in honor of that, and the fact that I have (apparently) taken leave of my senses, I want to announce my new "dark" zine - October Moon.
It will be published quarterly, first issue Winter 2000, submission deadline December 14th.

Janet I Buck's eBook, Reefs We Live is available at WordWrangler. ...god I love the Internet.

Woah... just noticed this is the one year anniversary of the "News" section. Time do fly, don't she.

September 18, 2000

It has been a long, hot summer. The Autumnal Equinox is this Friday, yet it is 103 degrees outside. The editor is very very tired of the heat.

Oops, that was a rant, not news. ;)

Well the news is that the January 2001 issue is going to be all haiku, and no, not limited to frogs as a subject. =)

July 1, 2000

The 2000 Poetry Super Highway Poetry Contest is happening right now! So go there! Well... go there when you are done here. ;)

June 1, 2000

The site has received a much needed face-lift. I'm a bit sad. Poet's Cut was the first site I designed and I feel like I've parted ways with an old friend. Which sounds ridiculous. But there you have it.

May 1, 2000
